I have been using my M4 iPad Pro since its launch and have owned every iPad Pro that came before it, dating back to the very first model. My journey with the iPad began with the iPad 4, and I’ve been utilizing my device daily.

Surprisingly, until today, I had no idea about the Stage Manager feature. My primary use of the iPad has been for streaming video on demand (SVOD), handling occasional work-related tasks, reading PDFs, and managing my emails.

However, with my newfound understanding of true multitasking provided by Stage Manager, I am completely astonished by the capabilities of the iPad. It might seem trivial, but I feel a sense of wonder that I didn’t realize this incredible feature was part of my device all along.

The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously can really enhance productivity and transform how I engage with my iPad. Having discovered this functionality, I am excited about exploring all the possibilities it offers.

I never imagined that I could maximize my iPad’s potential in such a significant way. While it may seem like an obvious feature to some, I am simply grateful for this revelation and eager to put Stage Manager to good use in my daily activities.

I’ve recently observed that when my iPhone 14 Pro is in Standby Mode at night, the display turns off after about 10 to 15 seconds. I’m curious if this is typical behavior for this mode. Shouldn’t Standby Mode continuously display information? During daytime usage, I’ve noticed a significant contrast.

In the daytime, the display in Standby Mode remains active for a much longer period or doesn’t turn off at all. This inconsistency has caught my attention and made me question if my settings are correct. I’ve taken the time to verify that several settings are properly configured:

– Auto-Lock is set to 30 seconds
– Always-on Display is set to “On”
– Focus Mode is adjusted to “Sleep”

For Standby settings, I’ve ensured the following:

– Standby is activated
– Always On display feature is active
– Night Mode is enabled
– Motion to wake is turned “On”

Additionally, I’ve checked notifications:

– Show Notifications is set to “On”
– Show Preview on Tap Only is set to “Off”

Given all these configurations, I expected a consistent experience between day and night. Is there a reason why the display behaves differently at night compared to during the day?

A few days ago, I asked how to make the Dock on my Mac appear faster while it’s set to Auto-Hide. I received two commands to run in the Terminal to enhance the response time. Here are the commands provided:

I am experiencing an issue with autocorrect that affects how my name is displayed when I type it. Whenever I enter my name correctly, it automatically changes to all uppercase letters, such as “JOHN SMITH.”

This occurs despite my best efforts to type it in a more standard format. I’ve searched for a way to resolve this problem, but I haven’t had any success so far.

I am considering two 6-foot power cords to replace the one for my M4 2024 10-core iMac (model A3137). I am not an electrician, so I want to ensure I choose the correct one.
