If it is confirmed that your product falls within the recall, you will have the option to choose between two forms of compensation: a $30 gift card redeemable at Anker.com or a free replacement Anker Power Bank (10K, 22.5W), model A1388.
Please note that due to limited availability of the replacement units, processing times may vary. If you opt for the replacement, your new product will be shipped in the order your request is received.
