I’m considering purchasing an iMac M4 from a local retailer. They only have the base model available, which includes an 8-core processor and 16GB of RAM. I need it for some work at a job site beginning today, but I realize that if I buy it, I’ll be using this computer for the next three months. Before I make this decision, I’d like to hear from others who have experience with the base model M4 iMac.
Have any of you been significantly disappointed with its performance after extended use? I’m particularly interested in how it handles various tasks, as I want to ensure it meets my needs. While I’m excited about the iMac’s features, I’m also apprehensive about settling for the base model without knowing how it stacks up in real-world applications. Given that I’ll be relying on it for work, I want to make an informed decision.
